Bob Dixon

Bob, who at the time was a successful concrete contractor, agreed to help Keith Wilcox, then the owner of RWJ, during Bob's slow season.  When Keith decided to retire, Bob purchased RWJ and continues today as it's President.  Under Bob's guidance RWJ has continued to grow as a business that prides itself on quality installation and service of fire sprinkler systems.  Although Bob has other businesses, he devotes the majority of his time to RWJ and runs weekly managerial meetings to stay abreast of the company's day-to-day operations.  Bob holds Ohio certifications for Automatic Fire Sprinklers and Standpipes, Fire Pumps, and Underground Fire Mains.

Mary Dixon

Mary is RWJ's corporate Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary.  She manages the Accounts Payable and payroll functions for the organization.

Steve Baylor

Steve attended University of Toledo.  He started with RWJ Corporation 17 years ago as a fitter and worked his way up to Operations Manager.  He handles the scheduling of the installation crews and oversees various other internal operations.  Steve holds Ohio certifications for Automatic Fire Sprinklers and Standpipes and Backflow Prevention.  His extensive knowledge and dedication has made him a valuable asset.

Adam Stevenson

Adam started with RWJ originally in 1994 as a fitter.  He went into the design department in 1997.  He took a sabbatical from RWJ  to pursue other AutoCAD design interests.  Adam returned to RWJ’s design department in November 2005.  Adam has his NICET Level III and is a Certified Fire Sprinkler Designer in the State of Ohio. He also is certified to install Fire Sprinkler Systems and Standpipes.  

Mike Platton

Mike holds two degrees from Youngstown State University; one in Business and one in Drafting and Design Technology.  He also has a certification from Seneca College in Fire Sprinkler Design.  Mike also holds a NICET Level IV certification for Fire Sprinkler Layout and is a Certified Fire Sprinkler Designer in the State of Ohio.

Rochelle Wright

Rochelle holds an associates degree from ITT in Drafting and Design Technology and a certification from Seneca College in Fire Sprinkler Design.  Rochelle holds a NICET Level III certification for Fire Sprinkler Layout and is a Certified Fire Sprinkler Designer in the State of Ohio.  Rochelle also acts as RWJ's liaison to all the building departments.

George Vernon

George, or G.R. as he is known around the office, started with RWJ in October of 1993 as a fitter and worked his way up to head the service department in May of 2000.  He holds a degree from Stark State College in Civil Engineering.  George carry's Ohio Certifications for Automatic Fire Sprinklers and Standpipes, Underground Fire Mains, Fire Pumps,  Backflow Preventers and is a Level II Firefighter.  George has also been certified for Confined Space Entry by Safety Resources.

Karen Jez

Karen attended San Jacinto College in Pasadena, Texas majoring in Restaurant Management.  She came to RWJ as our Purchasing Agent after selling her restaurant business, College Inn Deli & Eatery in Alliance, Ohio.  Karen also doubles as our Office manager and oversees our internal operations.

Roy Quinn

Roy assists in overseeing our installation operations.  He is also our acting trouble-shooter in the field; if there are unforeseen installation problems, Roy is the man called on to figure out a solution.  Roy holds Ohio Certifications for Automatic Fire Sprinklers and Standpipes, Underground Fire Mains, Fire Pumps,  and Backflow Preventers.

Laura Yeagley

Laura joined RWJ in 2001.  Prior to that she worked as a paraprofessional in accounting for the CPA firm of Hill, Barth and King.  She currently acts as our bookkeeper, Acting Human Resources Director and is part of our Drug and Alcohol Free Committee.

Bart Kelley

Bart came to RWJ in 2001 with extensive knowledge in building maintenance.  He took the position as Warehouse Manager in 2005 and is responsible for fabrication of sprinkler piping, inventory control and building maintenance.  As we say around the company, "If Bart can't fix it, it isn't broke."
